Hi evaunit, sorry for a late reply but I was busy... and finally found the time to take a close look at your deleted scans.
Well, I wasn't the mod who deleted yours anyway I've restored THIS, THIS and THIS, as they were clearly better than the ones in the gallery.
I left THIS ONE in the gallery, as yours was just a couple of pixels higher (just the white frame, nothing special).
I don't know if you were complaining about other scans... anyway, use this thread for other issues instead of opening a new thread.
And I'd like to say you'd better start reporting double scans when you post yours... that's something you never do and it's not a good thing.

I compared your scan and the other, yours was slightly worse in quality and compression artifacts.
This often happens when members post conversions from Moe original PNGs.
Doesn't really matter if you submitted it first, I'm just trying to keep the best version in the galleries no matter what. -

You version was 868kb VS angelbell's 1.3MB. I compared the two 'scans' on Photoshop and yours had noise and JPEG artifacts.
Btw, the original source is indeed 1.3MB so you own a lower quality version. That's all~ -
My dear Elites friends, just a quick note from me :)
When editing mangakas, please remember we use 'given name' first and 'family name' second. (e.g.: correct tag is Eiichiro Oda and alias is Oda Eiichiro)
This is the rule, unless we want to change it, of course.

I know you didn't modify the scans.
If you see them closer you'll see Rei and Asuka look like as if they've been upscaled, while text is perfect... Those pictures were just weird.
The other one is of a good size, but saved with poor quality. You can see a lot of noise and jpeg artifacts there.

Lines are neat as well as coloring... You can't see any scanning flaw such as screening and no photoshop filtering... Anyway, where did you take it from?

Tensai, your scan is indeed bigger than
but that doesn't mean it's better. They're both LQ and I decided to keep the cleaner one. Yours was overfiltered: best scanning for that card is not 700 dpi but just less. This probably means that card is small and hard to scan. Please remember that 'screening' is hard to fix and your scans (those Reborn cards, too) have a lot of screening: this means they will be deleted when a better version will be posted.

Well, most of our scans are from Moe Imouto and are not scanned by our members. You just don't really know who could be right in this case... I just chose Fenafir's over yours since it had less compression and was of a slight better quality.
But since you didn't scan it then I don't really see the matter. -

ajkk I deleted your scan since it was just a perfect copy (double) of the one posted by Fenafir long time ago.
You said you scanned it? Your scan had the 'not my scan' tag though... Anyway if that's really yours, just re-scan it at a bigger quality and place it on the gallery; I'll be sure to delete the other :) -
